Field work is performed by Plumb Bob Services personnel using Echometer acoustic fluid-level instrumentation and our own gas gun and load cell. We don't broker your test out. When a result needs explaining to a district office, the person who took the shot is the person who explains it.

Pumping-well diagnostics and artificial lift evaluation
Fluid-level shots plus pressure and dynamometer readings, to show how inflow, fluid level, and the pump are behaving on one well.

- Bottom-hole pressure estimates and pressure buildup observations
- Pump fillage and pumping performance evaluation

One pass through your producing inventory instead of a call after a well breaks. Mature and marginal wells are usually the point.

- Operating runtime observations and production history review
- High-fluid-level, underproducing, and suspected pump-off wells identified
- Suspected mechanical problems and reactivation opportunities
- A ranked list of which wells deserve a closer look
You get one summary that ranks the wells by condition and opportunity, so the field crew knows where to go first.
Oil and gas asset acquisition due diligence
Field-level condition checks for operators, investors, and acquisition teams. Records do not always match what is on the lease. We go look, before or during the deal.
What we record
- Physical well verification with API number, well identification, and GPS location
- Producing or inactive status verification
- Wellhead, pumping equipment, tank battery, and surface equipment condition
- Tubing and casing pressure readings and fluid-level testing
- Leak, corrosion, and visible integrity observations, with photographs
- Field conditions compared against available regulatory records, including inactive-well and potential plugging exposure

You remain the operator of record and remain responsible for your wells and your filings. The Railroad Commission controls acceptance and approval of every notice, filing, and extension. We do not guarantee any agency outcome or compliance result.
