Site scope and acceptance

These terms govern use of the marketing site and audit-request form only. They do not create a service engagement, authorize an RRC filing, or replace a separately signed services agreement, work order, or filing authorization.

Eligibility and submissions

The site and services are intended for businesses operating in Texas. A requester represents that submitted information is accurate and that the requester is authorized to act for the identified operator. No well list or operator-confidential information is returned until the requester is verified under the operating procedure.

Information only; no advice or guarantees

Plumb Bob Services is a private company and is not affiliated with or acting for the Railroad Commission of Texas or another government agency. Site information is general, may become outdated, and is not legal, engineering, or geoscience advice. No response time, filing, acceptance, deadline, compliance, or outcome is guaranteed.

Privacy, analytics, and CRM integrations

The Privacy Notice governs information processing, including GA4 measurement and HubSpot customer-relationship tracking when those browser integrations are enabled under the applicable operating controls. Browser tracking is on by default when disclosed and enabled, with opt-out available through Cookie choices; it does not enroll a requester in marketing. Server-side delivery is separately gated and limited to approved CRM fields for an audit request.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Acceptable use prohibits interference, unauthorized security testing, misuse, and unlawful automated access. Site text, design, and original compilations remain protected; no ownership is claimed over public RRC facts.
